Need to return or is your Kokedama faulty?

Please email me at info@handspunbotanics in the first instance so I can work with you on a query.

If your Kokedama arrives to you damaged, I will arrange a replacement or refund to be sent to you as soon as possible. A photograph of the damaged plant would be really appreciated so I can keep a record for the courier company.

If you receive your Kokedama and are unhappy with your purchase (which I really hope you won't be!) or it isn't what you expected and would like to return, then please contact me and I will help you with this. I'll arrange a refund (excluding shipping costs) once the Kokedama has been returned to me, unfortunately the return parcel will be at your own expense.

I have a warranty period of seven days from the date the kokedama is delivered or collected. Please be in contact with me within 14 days. I apologise that it is only a short time, but as the maintenance and care of the plant is now out of my control, I can't guarantee the kokedama has been in an environment where it will be happy and thrive. However, a kokedama failing should be very unexpected, and I am always available to help in any situation with advice. Please get in touch with any query.


You won't receive the exact kokedama as pictured in my description and photographs of my available kokedama. The plants that you will receive in your kokedama will be the same variety and pot size as listed and photographed but all the plants will look unique in their appearance, shape, colouring and sizes will slightly vary. All dimensions and sizes listed are all approximate.
